If I Wanted To Get Shredded, I'd Eat This...
My "secret" diet plan
As a kid, I always used to have ADHD, overactive bladder syndrome, pre-diabetic and hyperglycemic conditions, and acne, all because of the "Traditional American Diet."
But after switching to an animal-based diet three years ago, I have seen transformative health benefits.
Here's my full diet plan:
Breakfast (before the gym):
- Organic banana for quick, fast carbs.
- Four raw, pasture-raised organic eggs for saturated, healthy animal fat and protein (24g).
Supplements:
- Desiccated beef organs or raw liver and heart as a natural multivitamin.
Post-Workout Breakfast:
- Kefir bowl with organic berries, dates, organic cinnamon, goji berries, and raw honey.
Lunch:
- Steak or ground beef for protein and healthy fats.
- Half an organic avocado and raw cheese for additional fats and nutrients.
- Pickles for gut health.
Snacks:
- Organic mango and various fruits like oranges, apples, bananas and strawberries throughout the day.
Dinner:
- Ground beef or steak with Gouda cheese and avocado.
- Sauerkraut for fermented food intake.
- Raw milk or coconut water as a drink.
Dessert:
- Raw ice cream made from cow's milk, raw cream, eggs, natural cacao, and maple syrup.
This diet has helped me increase my testosterone levels from 330 to almost 1000 and helped me gain mental clarity, better sleep, no anxiety, and no inflammation.
