The traditional American diet is full of processed carbohydrates and sugars.

This diet is usually loaded with fast foods, cold drinks, and snacks that offer little nutritional value and a high calorie count.

The impact of such a diet goes beyond just weight gain; it can significantly affect both physical health and mental well-being.

The food you consume should act as fuel for your body.

However, foods high in refined sugars and processed carbohydrates cause a rapid spike in blood sugar, followed by a swift drop, which results in fatigue and lethargy.

A few years back, I used to eat this same kind of diet: donuts, cereals, burgers, pasta, etc.

As a result, I always used to have ADHD, overactive bladder syndrome, pre-diabetic and hyperglycemic conditions, and acne.

However, after moving to an animal-based diet, everything changed.

This diet includes proteins, fats, vitamins, and minerals necessary for optimal body function.

Grass-fed meat, eggs, and raw dairy products supply complete proteins and essential nutrients that are often missing from the traditional diet.

Natural animal fats are crucial for brain health.

The brain requires high-quality fats for proper function, and omega-3 fatty acids have been shown to enhance brain function and protect against cognitive decline.
