And I’ll show you your life...

Imagine waking up and staring right at your phone to check messages and your friends stories.

It's probably the worst way to start your day.

I literally went from $50K in debt, working a 9-5, hating myself to disciplined, full of self-love, and launched my first successful business in 6 months of starting this morning routine.

First, I write a journal where I write:

  • A power list: 5 things I need to do for the day

  • 4 agreements

  • 10 things I'm grateful for

  • A love letter to God

Next, I do Wim Hof Breathing: 3 rounds of 30 breaths followed by a 10-minute meditation and a prayer to God.

Lastly, to wake up my body, I hit the gym or do a full-body workout at home.

I have been following this routine for years, and it has completely changed my life.

It has built a new level of discipline in me, transforming not just my mornings but my entire approach to life.

I tracked every little progress, celebrated every little victory, and saw myself slowly becoming the person I wanted to be.

Remember: Winning the morning means winning the day.
