How I Made $13M in Sales

The power of smart work

There’s a common belief that hard work is the key to success, but what if I told you that working smarter, not harder, could actually make you more money?

This idea isn't about putting in fewer hours, but making those hours count by focusing on what you’re really good at and delegating the rest.

It’s a strategy that has helped me generate over $13 million in organic sales in just five years.

The concept is simple: invest your time in tasks that play to your strengths and hire or partner with others to handle the tasks where you’re not as strong.

“Every minute you spend struggling with something that doesn't come naturally to you is a minute lost from activities that could be generating income.”

For example, if you're great at designing products but not so good at marketing them, hiring someone who excels in marketing can free you up to focus on creating the best products possible.

This way, each person is doing what they do best, which boosts the overall efficiency and output of your business.

Another aspect of working smart is questioning the value of your time.

Whenever you find yourself working overtime, ask yourself, "Is what I’m doing right now the best use of my time?"

If the answer is no, it’s time to consider other options.

Perhaps you can automate that task, hire someone to do it, or eliminate it altogether if it’s not essential.

Every task should be worth your time; if it isn’t, it's holding you back from more profitable activities.

Each decision in business should align with the ultimate goal of optimizing your time and resources to maximize your income.

Let go of the notion that more hours equals more success, and start thinking about how you can make each hour count for more.
