God steers; you row.

There’s a saying that I absolutely love:

“God steers; you row.”

Imagine you're in a boat.

God is the captain, navigating and steering.

He sees where you need to go and understands the best routes to get there.

But there's a catch: the boat won't move unless you row.

This is where your effort comes in.

While God provides the direction and the potential path, your actions are what propel the boat forward.

You need to understand that it’s not enough to simply wish for success or pray for outcomes.

You must put in the effort to reach your goals while also keeping faith in God to guide you through the challenges that arise.

Most people hesitate, waiting for the perfect moment or a clear sign to start working towards their goals.

However, waiting passively only leads to missed opportunities.

Take control of what you can (your actions) and leave everything else (your outcomes) in the hands of God.
